123. TEXARA COMPRESSA, n. s., fœm. Nigra, capite nigro-cyaneo subtùs cano, antennis piceis, aristâ albidâ, alis subcinereis, halteribus albidis. _Female._ Black. Head bluish-black, with hoary tomentum beneath. Antennæ piceous; arista whitish. Wings greyish; veins black. Halteres whitish. Length of the body 5 lines; of the wings 6 lines. Singapore.
