johnshaqi.com (the “Site”) is operated by John Shaqi LLC (“John Shaqi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Membership plans grant access to premium articles, books, community features, and other content according to the tier you select. Monthly plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase that does not renew.

We may modify, add, or retire membership tiers and their benefits over time. Where a change materially reduces the benefits of a paid plan, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected members in advance.

All articles, translations, books, images, and other materials on the Site are provided for your personal, non-commercial study. Except where a work is expressly identified as public domain, you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or republish Site content without our prior written permission.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. By purchasing a monthly plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the then-current price until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may change on a going-forward basis with notice.

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then and are not charged again. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

The Site and its content are provided for informational and educational purposes on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content concerning religion, history, and philosophy reflects research and interpretation and is not professional, legal, financial, or spiritual advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, John Shaqi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
