Biography
John Shaqi is an independent researcher and writer working on comparative religion, prophetic tradition, and the history of religious authority. A decade of independent study has produced a body of work tracing how claims to divine legitimacy — deification, prophethood, and the institutions built upon them — are made, contested and inherited, from antiquity to the present. He edits this research library, where that work is published alongside the primary sources it rests on.
