Because the location couldn’t be right justified, this wasn’t clear and the text has been literally duplicated from the item above. In the Bibliography the same was done with ditto marks (for “Lübke”), which can’t be aligned in HTML the way the was on the printed page. ○ Typographical errors were silently corrected. ○ Inconsistent spelling and hyphenation were made consistent only when a predominant form was found in this book.
