Central Vermont R. R. and New London & Northern R. R. will give free return checks to those paying full fare in going over their roads to attend the meeting, to be furnished by Richard M. Montgomery during the sessions in Brooklyn. Norwich and New York Transportation Co. will furnish round-trip tickets from New London to New York for $3. New York & New England R. R. will furnish round-trip tickets to New York from Worcester via the Norwich line of boats for $4, and from Norwich for $3. The tickets at Norwich to be purchased at the Norwich & Worcester R. R. depot. Delaware, Lackawanna & Western R.
