Schweighauser] wishes a revaluation made of the Countess of Selkirk’s plate; has given his consent to this; thinks [ ] Cortentine will feel affronted at the revision of the first estimate; directions concerning the revaluation; requests that Mehegan be present; judges that Williams will forward [plate] to L’Orient when revalued; desires a chaplain; arrived from Paris a few days since; met [Lt.] Gen.
