How an order works
Agree the brief
Post a task with a budget range, or approach a specialist directly. Scope, price and delivery date are fixed in writing before work starts.
Funds are held
Payment is taken up front and held against the order. The seller can see it is secured; they cannot draw on it yet.
Work is delivered
The seller delivers inside the agreed window. Revisions are requested from the order itself, so the request is on the record.
You release
Accept the delivery and the held funds are released. Raise a dispute instead and the order goes to review with the money still held.
