ROM. XIV, 19. Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another. 1 COR. VII, 15. But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. 9. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds. 1 THESS. CHRISTIAN FORBEARANCE. PROV. XIX, 11. The discretion of a man deferreth his anger; and it is his glory to pass over a transgression. 1 COR. XIII, 4. Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, 5. Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil. EPH. IV, 1.
