ROM. VIII, 9. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now, if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 2 COR. III, 3. TITUS III, 5. Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost. EPH. IV, 30. PSALM XXXIV, 15. The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous; and his ears are open unto their cry. 1 PET. III, 12. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. PSALM XXXIV, 17.
