All manner of sin and an unclean spirit.
blasphemy shall be forgiven
unto men: but the blasphemy
_against_ the _Holy_ Ghost
shall not be forgiven unto
men.
32 And whosoever speaketh a
word against the Son of man,
it shall be forgiven him: but
whosoever speaketh against the
Holy Ghost, it shall not be
forgiven him, neither in this
world, neither in the _world_
to come.
33 Either make the tree good,
and his fruit good; or else
make the tree corrupt, and his
fruit corrupt: for the tree is
known by _his_ fruit.
34 O generation of vipers, how
can ye, being evil, speak good
things? for out of the
abundance of the heart the
mouth speaketh.
35 A good man, out of the good
treasure of the heart,
bringeth forth good things:
and an evil man, out of the
evil treasure, bringeth forth
evil things.
36 But I say unto you, That
every idle word that men shall
speak, they shall give account
thereof in the day of
judgment.
37 For by thy words thou shalt
be justified, and by thy words
thou shalt be condemned.
Luke.
CH. XI. 14, 15, 17-23.
14 And he was casting out a
devil, and it was dumb. And it
came to pass when the devil
was gone out, the dumb spake;
and the people wondered.
15 But some of them said, He
casteth out devils through
Beelzebub, the chief of the
devils.
17 But he, knowing their
thoughts, said unto them,
Every kingdom divided against
itself, is brought to
desolation; and a house
_divided_ against a house,
falleth.
18 If Satan also be divided
against himself, how shall his
kingdom stand? because ye say
that I cast out devils through
Beelzebub.
19 And if I by Beelzebub cast
out devils, by whom do your
sons cast _them_ out?
therefore shall they be your
judges.
20 But if I with the finger of
God cast out devils, no doubt
the kingdom of God is come
upon you.
21 When a strong man armed
keepeth his palace, his goods
are in peace:
22 But when a stronger than he
shall come upon him, and
overcome him, he taketh from
him all his armour, wherein he
trusted, and divideth his
spoils.
23 He that is not with me, is
against me: and he that
gathereth not with me
scattereth.
