He warned all of us who love Him, to be ready to open to Him if he knocks; to guard against being so bound up in the pleasures of life that the day of His return should take any of us by surprise. Jesus ends this Parable with these words— "Watch therefore: for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh."
