The official records show that this has actually occurred, during the present terrible outbreak, in a number of large villages, of 2000 inhabitants and over, in the Hubli _taluka_ and elsewhere in the Dhárwár District, where no inoculation was done, and no camping-out was possible on account of the wet weather."
