subject of letter from Messrs. Griffith and Son, of
Dolgelly, as to conveyance of cottage property at
Barmouth, and on the necessity of trust deed for the
purpose of such conveyance, so as to carry out the
wishes of Mr. Ruskin and others for improving the
condition of agriculturists, and paid rail 1 2 0
