BELGIUM. 1. The 2d Naval Division, formed November 24, 1914, was a part of the Naval Corps at this time. Since its formation the 6th Naval Fusileer Regiments of the Corps alternate in Flanders between the coast sector (2d Naval Division) and the sea front (1st Naval Division). 1916. 2. In September, 1916, the 3d Naval Infantry Regiment was transferred to the Naval Division, which later became the 3d Naval Division, engaged on the Somme. 1917. FLANDERS.
