polychromatic building in Europe.
3. Piombi. Torture cells under the Ducal Palace at
Venice.
4. San Pietro (Martire). A Veronese Gothic church of
1350.
5. St. Francis. A Lombard Gothic church at Bassano.
6. Castle Angelo. A huge Roman fortress constructed in
the time of Hadrian.
7. San Miniato. A Florentine church built in Central
Romanesque style.
8. Sant’ Eufemia. A 13th century Veronese church, now
modernized internally.
