Length of the body 4 lines; of the wings 7 lines. 138. Head transverse, hardly broader than the thorax, with two erect setae on the hind part of the vertex; face vertical; epistoma slightly prominent. Antennae nearly reaching the epistoma; third joint long, linear, conical at the tip; arista pubescent. Abdomen almost linear, longer and narrower than the thorax. Legs moderately long and slender; posterior femora with minute spines beneath. Wings rather long; discal transverse vein straight, upright, parted by hardly half its length from the border, and by rather more than its length from the praebrachial transverse. 139.
