_Male._ Cinereous, with a glaucous tinge. Proboscis short. Palpi very short, obliquely ascending; third joint extremely small. Antennae setose, somewhat shorter than the body. Wings with a straight, very oblique, brown line, which extends from the middle of the interior border of the hind wings towards the tip of the fore wings, on approaching which it is obsolete; marginal line black. Fore wings very acute; exterior border extremely oblique; reniform mark brown, very slender. Hind wings extending beyond the abdomen. Length of the body 6 lines; of the wings 17 lines. Gen.
