Head with whitish slightly silvery tomentum; mystax with very few bristles; antennae black, third joint long, linear, conical at the tip; thorax with a very indistinct darker stripe; abdomen black towards the tip; wings blackish, limpid towards the base; veins black, testaceous at the base; halteres whitish. Length of the body 4 lines; of the wings 7 lines. 37.
