   ²⁹ τα γὰρ τῶν χριστιανῶν πιστίς ἐστὶ, καὶ ὁ ἀψευδὴς ἡμων θεὸς ἐνεργεῖ
      τας δυνάμεις.

   ³² ἀπεριγράπτως.

   ³³ ἐκάθηρε τε καὶ ἡγίασε.

   ³⁴ ἀπεριγάπτως κατώκησας.

   ³⁵ ὄντως γᾶρ τὸ ἀπρόσληπτον ἀθεράπευτον.

   ³⁶ … τῃ παναγίᾳ ταύτῃ καί θειοτάτῃ.

   ³⁷ Τῳ γὰρ θεῳ λόγῳ ἐν τῇ γαστρί σου σκηνώσαντι ἀνθρωπεία ύσις τὸν
      ἐγκρυίαν ἄρτον, την ἑαυτῆς ἀπαρχην ἐκ τῶν σῶν ἁγνῶν αἱμάτων
      προσήγαγεν, ὀπτωμένην πῶς καὶ ἀρτοποιουμενην ὑπο τοῦ θείου πυρὸς,

   ³⁸ οὕτω καὶ ἡμεῖς ἐν χειμῶνι τῶν ἐπῶν τὰ ἄνθη τῃ βασιλίδι
      προσάγοντες, καὶ γεγηρακότα λόγον πρὸς τοὺς ἀγῶνας τῶν ἐγκωμίων
      ὁπλίζοντες, καὶ τὸν πόθον τῳ νῳ λίθον οἱα σιδήρῳ προστρίψαντες, ἢ
      ὡς βόρθρην ἄωρον ἐκθλίψαντες, τὴν μυθοτόκον διάνοιαν, ἄμυδρόν τινα
      σπινθῆρα καὶ τρυγα λόγου τοῖς ιλολόγοις ὑμῖν καὶ ιλακροάμοσι
      νέμοντες, μᾶλλον καὶ μαλλον ἀποδειχθείημεν.

   ³⁹ θεοπάτωρ.

   ⁴⁰ ὄντως μακαρία σὺ, παμμακάριστε. Τίς γάρ, εἰ μήγε ὁ λόγος ῃ
      προσενηνεκται τοῦτο πάσχων, ὂ πράττειν ύπείληπται.
