| | |is now most uninteresting, no
| | |villages and hardly a tree to be
| | |seen.

| | |plain on every side; not a tree or
| | |a bush to be seen, even on the
| | |horizon.

| | |bank. Was till recently a police
| | |post, but latter has now been
| | |moved to Melut, 3 miles down
| | |stream, to where the telegraph

| | |on south side of the khor, and 1
| | |mile from the mouth of the khor.
