CHAPTER I. GENERAL PRINCIPLES 1. The name of the organization is the San Min Chu I Youth Corps. 2. The object of the Corps is to unite and train young people, to enforce the San Min Chu I, to defend the nation, and to bring national rebirth. CHAPTER II. MEMBERSHIP 3. All Chinese youths, male or female, aged between 16 to 25, vowing to abide by the Corps constitution, can become members of the Corps upon the payment of the membership fee.
