43. The Churchyard of the This Burial-ground was on the
Dutch Church, Austin Friars south side of the Dutch
Church, now built over.

45. St. James’ Hermitage Houses south of the postern
Burial-ground and the south wall of St.
Giles’ Churchyard,
Cripplegate.
46. Cemetery of the Crutched South of Fenchurch Street.
