In versions of this eBook that support hyperlinks, the page references in the List of Illustrations lead to the corresponding illustrations. Several illustrations had footnotes that just referenced text or illustrations on other pages relevant to those illustrations. Those footnotes have been simplified to “See page” references and combined with the captions of their illustrations.
