and he will say, Here I am. If you take away from
the midst of you the yoke, the putting forth of the finger,
and speaking wickedly;
058:010 and if you draw out your soul to the hungry, and satisfy
the afflicted soul: then shall your light rise in darkness,
and your obscurity be as the noonday;
058:011 and Yahweh will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul
in dry places, and make strong your bones; and you shall
be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water,
whose waters don't fail.
058:012 Those who shall be of you shall build the old waste places;
you shall raise up the foundations of many generations;
and you shall be called The repairer of the breach,
The restorer of paths to dwell in.
058:013 If you turn away your foot from the Sabbath, from doing your
pleasure on my holy day; and call the Sabbath a delight,
[and] the holy of Yahweh honorable; and shall honor it,
not doing your own ways, nor finding your own pleasure,
nor speaking [your own] words:
058:014 then shall you delight yourself in Yahweh; and I will
make you to ride on the high places of the earth;
and I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father:
for the mouth of Yahweh has spoken it.
059:001 Behold, Yahweh's hand is not shortened, that it can't save;

059:002 but your iniquities have separated between you and your God,
and your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he
will not hear.
059:003 For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity;
your lips have spoken lies, your tongue mutters wickedness.
059:004 None sues in righteousness, and none pleads in truth:
they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief,
and bring forth iniquity.
059:005 They hatch adders' eggs, and weave the spider's web:
he who eats of their eggs dies; and that which is crushed
breaks out into a viper.
059:006 Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover
themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity,
and the act of violence is in their hands.
059:007 Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood:
their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; desolation and
destruction are in their paths.
059:008 The way of peace they don't know; and there is no justice
in their goings: they have made them crooked paths;
whoever goes therein does not know peace.
059:009 Therefore is justice far from us, neither does righteousness
overtake us: we look for light, but, behold, darkness;
for brightness, but we walk in obscurity.
059:010 We grope for the wall like the blind; yes, we grope as those
who have no eyes: we stumble at noonday as in the twilight;
