And the jurors aforesaid, upon their oath aforesaid, do further present that the said Pedro de Zulueta the younger, Thomas Jennings, and Thomas Bernardos, after the 1st day of January, in the year of our Lord 1825, to wit, on the 1st day of November, in the 4th year of the reign of our Sovereign Lady Queen Victoria, with force and arms, to wit, at London aforesaid, and within the jurisdiction of the said Court, _did conspire, combine, confederate, and agree together feloniously to engage in the trading and dealing in slaves_, contrary to the form of the statute in such case made and provided, and against the peace of our Lady the Queen, her crown and dignity; 10.
