This book, which has been variously ascribed to Dalrymple, Homer, Long, and with more probability, by Homer himself, to Reid, was the fullest English work on the subject up to its date; but its complicated arrangements, errors of date, unintelligible abbreviations, and frequent repetitions mar its utility.
