=Ægialeus=, son of Adrastus by Amphitea or Demoanassa, was one of the Epigoni, _i.e._ one of the sons of those generals who were killed in the first Theban war. They went against the Thebans, who had refused to give burial to their fathers, and were victorious. They all returned home safe, except Ægialeus, who was killed.
