PIPES, Gas, not to be affixed to a House, &c. without the 12 Occupier’s Permission. — Regulations for the laying down of. ibid. — Penalty for not properly securing, so as to prevent the 13 Escape of Gas, £5 — to be removed from Dwelling Houses, &c. within Seven ibid. Days next after Service of a written Notice has been given to the Trustees or Gas Company by the Owners or Occupiers of such House, &c. — Expenses of removing Gas Pipes from Dwelling House, to ibid. be paid by Trustees or Gas Company, and legally recovered before a Justice of Peace. — if Water be contaminated by, the Trustees or Gas 14 Company shall, within 24 Hours after receiving proper Notice from the Water Works Company, take Measures to remedy such Contamination, under Penalty of 10_l._ for every Day during which the Water remains contaminated.
