In versions of this eBook that support hyperlinks, the page references in the List of Illustrations lead to the corresponding illustrations. The text in some maps is in different orientations, and sometimes indecipherable. Transcriber could not determine the correct orientation of the map in Fig. 7, and chose one that made some of the larger words upright.
