F., Shepherdstown + Life member * Honorary member CONSTITUTION AND RULES OF THE NORTHERN NUT GROWERS ASSOCIATION _Name_. The society shall be known as the NORTHERN NUT GROWERS ASSOCIATION. _Object_. The promotion of interest in nut-producing plants, their products and their culture. _Membership_. Membership in the society shall be open to all persons who desire to further nut culture, without reference to place of residence or nationality, subject to the approval of the committee on membership. _Officers_. There shall be a president, a vice-president, and a secretary-treasurer; an executive committee of five persons, of which the president, vice-president and secretary shall be members; and a state vice-president from each state represented in the membership of the association. _Election of Officers_. A committee of five members shall be elected at the annual meeting for the purpose of nominating officers for the subsequent year.
