It forms a Report upon Migration of 1878, Journal of the severe winter of 1879-80, and Observations on the effects of the weather, under the different species of Mammals and Birds noticed. Thirteen stations have sent in returns, and thirteen have either sent in none, or have returned blank forms, owing to unusual scarcity of birds.
