Then she also became a Christian woman, very faithful, although a great many people make fun of her and use many bad words about her. She must be one of the five baptized." Another letter from a Chinese brother tells me, "My wife one time, with the Chinese women, keep Sabbath day. So I am very glad. When I was at home my wife say she too young to be Christian and afraid the people would make fun of her. I told a Chinese preacher's wife in China to try to get her. I hope she will be led the Christian way." Surely the leaven, though little, is working in China, and though it be hid in a great mass of meal, it will not cease its working till the whole is leavened.
