Blossoms clammy, flask-shaped, an inch and a half long, the upper part cylindrical, swelled at the base, and pinched in at the mouth; the segments heart-shaped and spreading. Leaves grow by threes, are three-sided, awl-shaped, upright and spreading. Stem thread-shaped and upright.
