Rami virgati, flexuosi. DESCRIPTION. Tips beardless, within the blossom. Flowers terminate the branches, mostly by threes. Blossom flask-shaped, ribbed, undulated, and of a red colour. Leaves by threes, linear, short, and ascending in irregularly crowded whorls. Stem shrubby. Branches twiggy, and flexuose. * * * * * Native of the Cape of Good Hope. In bloom from May till July.
