A very ingenious and elegant mourning Vignette, stamped on sattin ribbon, for the purpose of being worn by the Ladies on public occasions, is for sale at Mr. _Thomas Brewer's_ shop in Cornhill. The device contains a profile bust of the deceased WASHINGTON in an obelisk, with the trophies of war, and the arms of the U.S.; round the monument are nymphs in the posture of mourning; and on the base are inscribed in legible characters the initials of his name, and the date of his birth and death. _E.
