A people that prides itself on the glories of its past can not ask another, trained by it, to accept abjection and dishonor its own name! Encystment of a conquering people is impossible, for it signifies complete isolation, absolute inertia, debility in the conquering element. Encystment thus means the tomb of the foreign invader.
