In the masthead, the "o" in "No" and the "TH" in "6TH" were
superscripts.
On page 5, the word "bullyhead" was split between lines, with "bully-"
on one line and "head" on the next; it has arbitrarily been made
"bullyhead" rather than "bully-head".
