Foote, of 763 Greenwich-street, has just published a pamphlet, entitled as above, small in size, but exceedingly useful; a familiarity with the contents of which will render every one fully competent to detect any counterfeit or altered Bank Note at sight. From an examination into the system we are convinced that the knowledge derived from the little work in question will be of essential interest to every tradesman, and we therefore commend it to their attention and consideration.
