إِذَا حَلَفَ الرّجُلُ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيمَانٍ وَ هُوَ صَادِقٌ وَ هُوَ مُحرِمٌ فَعَلَيهِ دَمٌ يُهَرِيقُهُ وَ إِذَا حَلَفَ يَمِيناً وَاحِدَةً كَاذِباً فَقَد جَادَلَ فَعَلَيهِ دَمٌ يُهَرِيقُهُ
