مَن وَجَبَ عَلَيهِ هدَي ٌ فِي إِحرَامِهِ فَلَهُ أَن يَنحَرَهُ حَيثُ شَاءَ إِلّا فِدَاءَ الصّيدِ فَإِنّ اللّهَ تَعَالَي يَقُولُهَدياً بالِغَ الكَعبَةِ
