سَأَلتُ أَبَا عَبدِ اللّهِ ع مَا يَجُوزُ فِي المُتعَةِ مِنَ الشّهُودِ فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ وَ امرَأَتَانِ قُلتُ فَإِن كَرِهَ الشّهُودَ قَالَ يُجزِيهِ رَجُلٌ وَ إِنّمَا ذَلِكَ لِمَكَانِ المَرأَةِ لِئَلّا تَقُولَ فِي نَفسِهَا هَذَا فُجُورٌ
