إِذَا كَانَت لِرَجُلٍ أَمَةٌ زَوّجَهَا مَملُوكَهُ فَرّقَ بَينَهُمَا إِذَا شَاءَ وَ جَمَعَ بَينَهُمَا إِذَا شَاءَ
