فِي المَرأَةِ الثّيّبِ تَخطُبُ إِلَي نَفسِهَا قَالَ هيِ َ أَملَكُ بِنَفسِهَا توُلَيّ أَمرَهَا مَن شَاءَت إِذَا كَانَ كُفواً بَعدَ أَن تَكُونَ قَد نَكَحَت رَجُلًا قَبلَهُ
