إِذَا تَزَوّجَ الرّجُلُ المَرأَةَ ثُمّ طَلّقَهَا قَبلَ أَن يَدخُلَ بِهَا فَلَيسَ عَلَيهَا عِدّةٌ وَ تَزَوّجُ مَتَي شَاءَت مِن سَاعَتِهَا وَ تُبِينُهَا تَطلِيقَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ
