سَأَلتُهُ عَن طَلَاقِ الغُلَامِ وَ لَم يَحتَلِم وَ صَدَقَتِهِ قَالَ إِذَا هُوَ طَلّقَ لِلسّنّةِ وَ وَضَعَ الصّدَقَةَ فِي مَوضِعِهَا فَلَا بَأسَ وَ هُوَ جَائِزٌ
