إِن لَم يَكُن دَخَلَ بِهَا وَ قَد فَرَضَ لَهَا مَهراً فَلَهَا نِصفُ مَا فَرَضَ لَهَا وَ لَهَا المِيرَاثُ وَ عَلَيهَا العِدّةُ
