إِنّ الأَمَةَ وَ الحُرّةَ كِلتَيهِمَا إِذَا مَاتَ عَنهَا زَوجُهَا سَوَاءٌ فِي العِدّةِ إِلّا أَنّ الحُرّةَ تُحِدّ وَ الأَمَةَ لَا تُحِدّ
