إِذَا عَجَزَ المُكَاتَبُ لَم يُرَدّ مُكَاتَبَتُهُ فِي الرّقّ وَ لَكِن يُنتَظَرُ عَاماً أَو عَامَينِ فَإِن قَامَ بِمُكَاتَبَتِهِ وَ إِلّا رُدّ مَملُوكاً
