قَضَي أَمِيرُ المُؤمِنِينَ ع فِي مُكَاتَبٍ توُفُيّ َ وَ لَهُ مَالٌ قَالَ يُقسَمُ مَالُهُ عَلَي قَدرِ مَا أُعتِقَ مِنهُ لِوَرَثَتِهِ وَ مَا لَم يُعتَق يُحسَبُ مِنهُ لِأَربَابِهِ الّذِينَ كَاتَبُوهُ وَ هُوَ مَالُهُ
