يُجلَدُ المُكَاتَبُ إِذَا زَنَي عَلَي قَدرِ مَا أُعتِقَ مِنهُ فَإِذَا قَذَفَ المُحصَنَةَ فَعَلَيهِ أَن يُجلَدَ ثَمَانِينَ حُرّاً كَانَ أَو مَملُوكاً
